摘要
目的观察二甲双胍对高血压伴肥胖症患者血压、血脂的影响。方法对照组70例,治疗方案:苯磺酸氨氯地平片。二甲双胍组75例:苯磺酸氨氯地平片+二甲双胍。结果治疗后两组收缩压、舒张压都明显下降,比较差异有显著性,有统计意义;二甲双胍组血压下降更显著,与对照组比较差异有统计意义;二甲双胍组降压达标率更高,与对照组比较有统计意义。二甲双胍组TC、LDL、TG显著下降,HDL有提高,与对照组比较差异显著,有统计学意义。结论二甲双胍对高血压伴肥胖症患者有协同降压、改善血脂作用。
Objective To observe the influence of blood pressure and lipid treated by metformin for patients with hypertension and obesity.Methods The control group 70 cases,benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine pieces.Metformin group of 75 cases,benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine piece ＋ metformin.Results Systolic and diastolic blood pressurs in the two groups were significantly lower;compared with the control group,blood pressure in metformin group dropped more significantly with statistically significant difference;step-down success rate in metformin group was higher,with statistical significance compared with the control group.TC,LDL,TG in metformin group lowered more significantly,HDL increased,with statistically significant difference compared with the control group.Conclusion Metformin has the role of synergistically lowering blood pressure and improving blood lipids for patients with hypertension and obesity.
