摘要
目的评价辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法回顾分析300例门诊及住院的高脂血症患者,使用辛伐他汀10 mg/d,晚上顿服,疗程12周,于治疗前及服药后4、12周后各复查血脂一次,分析疗效。结果与治疗前相比,各项血脂指标均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀有良好的降低血脂作用。
Objective To study The therapeutic effects of simvastatin on the patients with hyperlipemia.Methods Three hundrens cases with hyperlipemia were summarized retrospectively,in whom oral simvastatin 10mg/d was used for 12 weeks.The total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG） and low-density lipoprotein（LDL） were measured before and on the 4th and 12th week after treatment.Results Compared with those before TC,TG and LDL were significantly improved after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Simvastatin has good therapeutic effects on the patients with hyperlipemia.
