摘要
近年来,全国各地高校工程建设投入力度很大,但也出现了工程建设领域腐败案件多发高发,大案要案、窝案串案频发等现象。鉴此归纳了高校工程建设领域腐败案件的特征、原因,同时认为应该坚持教育、制度、监督并重,加强全程监察、打造阳光工程。
Recently,with the increasing input in college engineering construction all over the country,the phenomenon of corruption in construction is deteriorating in terms of its scale and its frequency and the number of serious and key cases as well as the harbourage and collusion cases is increasing.This paper summarizes the features and causes of such cases.Meanwhile,it considers that colleges and universities should lay equal stress on education,system and supervision in engineering construction,and strengthen ＂Full Process Supervision System＂ and construct ＂Sunshine Project＂.
