摘要
教师教育技术能力培训是我国业已开展的大规模的教师培训活动之一。针对培训活动中的问题,结合教师教育理论,提出基于网络的职前职后互动的培养模式。分析该模式的含义、特点,介绍该模式的操作流程及注意问题,以期对我国教师教育技术能力培训提供有益的参考。
The training on the teachers' educational technology ability is one of large-scale teacher training activities already carried out in China.Focused on some problems existing in training activities,and based on teacher education theory,this paper has come up with this cyber-based training mode on pre-service and in-service interaction.This paper also analyzes the meaning and characteristics of this mode,and introduces its operation procedure and problems that should attention,in order to provide the beneficial reference to the training on the teachers' educational technology ability in our country.
