摘要
教育实践的变动是教师教育发展的逻辑起点。教师教育演变走的是一条基于教育实践的理性之路,教育理论与教育实践间的矛盾关系是教师教育演变的深层动因与逻辑线索。教育理论与教育实践间的关系是考察教师教育演变逻辑的基本线索。当代教师教育道路演变的脉络是教师培训——教师教育——教师学习,教师学习是当代教师教育发展的逻辑走向。
The change of educational practice is the logical origin of the development of teacher education The evolution of teacher education is a way of rationality based on educational practice. The contradictory relationship between educational theory and educational practice is the deep motive and logical clue of the evolution of teacher education. The relationship between educational theory and educational practice is the basic clue to examine the logic of the evolution of teacher education. The vein of the evolution of modern teacher education is teacher training--teacher education--teacher learning, and teacher learning is the logical trend of the development of modem teacher--education.
