摘要
虚拟团队是一种新兴的组织形式,信任是对其进行研究的一个重要课题。本文基于行为取向研究思路,对虚拟团队中信任的生命周期及其动态变化进行梳理,以期为随后的相关研究奠定理论基础。虚拟团队中的信任发展的生命周期可分为准备和初始阶段、转化和形成阶段、以及发展和完成阶段;在生命周期的各个阶段,虚拟团队信任会在不同因素的影响下,由起初建立的快速信任,转化为准确理性的认知信任,直至最后发展出情感信任,呈现出较为一致的发展模式。未来相关研究应重视虚拟团队信任独特发展模式的理论构建,关注网络赋予虚拟团队信任的特征,同时加强实证研究的时效性。
Virtual team is a new type of organization, and trust is one of the most important research subjects about that. In order to lay the groundwork for further researches, this article has illustrated the trust lifecycle and its dynamic pattern on the bases of existed studies. There are three stages in the trust lifecycle of virtual teams: preparing and beginning, transforming and forming, developing and accomplishing. Accordingly, owing to different influence factor in these different stages, trust in virtual teams will evolve from initial swift trust to a more rational cognitive trust and at last come to affective trust, and present a solid pattern. Future research should stress on establishing specific theory about the development pattern of trust in virtual teams, enhance the timeliness of related study, and pay more attention to characteristics which internet has brought to the trust in virtual teams.
