摘要
在房屋建筑工程中,渗漏问题一直都是挥之不去的质量通病,其不但给业主的正常生活和工作带来了巨大的影响,而且还会污染环境并且也浪费了资源。文章对房屋建筑工程当中常见的屋面、外墙、地下室等部位的渗漏问题的原因进行了分析和探讨,以供施工单位的作为参考,并尽量避免。
In housing construction, the leakage problem has been lingering quality problems, not only to the owners of their normal life and work had a tremendous impact, But also pollute the environment and also a waste of resources. In this paper, among the common housing construction roof, exterior walls, basement and other parts of the leakage into the cause of the problemLines were analyzed and discussed for the construction unit as a reference, and to avoid.
