摘要
本文针对福建沿海地区新建的高层住宅容易出现外墙渗漏的情况,通过分析外墙易出现渗漏的原因,结合外墙材料特点,通过工程施工中有效的技术与管理措施,论述了防止高层建筑防止外墙渗漏应采取的对策,通过实例论证了采取外墙防渗漏措施后取得的成效。
In this paper, according to the external leakage of new high -rise residents in the coastal area of Fujian, with analyzing the reasons of the external leakage, combined with the features of the external walls ＇ materials, with the effective technology and management measures in the construction, the thesis discuss the measures of the prevention of high -level Construction＇s external leakage, demonstrate the effect of the measures with the examples.
