摘要
对２ 种肉食性鱼与２ 种杂食性鱼前肠组织学进行了比较研究。乌鳢、鲶消化道短而粗，咽齿发达，有胃结构；前肠粘膜褶较低，纹状缘较厚，杯状细胞数目相对较少而大。鳊、鲫鱼消化道细长，没有胃的分化；前肠粘膜褶高，纹状缘薄，杯状细胞数目相对乌鳢、鲶鱼较多。
This paper presents the comparative study on the histomorphological structure of digestive tract of two speices of carnivorous fishes and two speices of omnivorous fishes.The digestive tract of Ophicephalus argus and Silurus asotus is shorter,thicker,better developed pharyngeal teeth than that of Parabramis pekinensis and Carassius auratus.Ophicephalus argus and Silurus asotus have stomach.Their fore-gut has lower mucosal fold,thicker stricted border,fewer and larger goblet cell.Parabramis pekinensis and Carassius auratus have long and thin digestive tract.Their fore-gut has high mucosal fold,thin striated border,more goblet cells.
