从日本福岛核电站事故谈防原医学教学改革 被引量:4

摘要 防原医学是军事预防医学的重要分支学科,主要内容涉及核武器和核事件所致放射损伤的临床表现、诊断和救治措施。随着社会实践的不断发展,越来越多的核相关事件(事故)需要运用防原医学知识进行处理,因此必须对防原医学教学进行相应改革以适应社会发展需要。近期发生的日本福岛核电站事故在全球范围内引起广泛影响和关注,结合此次核事故从教学理念、教学内容、教学形式和考评策略四个方面初步探讨如何进行防原医学教学改革。 Radiation preventive medicine is an important branch subject of military preventive medicine,and it includes clinic symptoms,diagnostics and treatment of radiation induced injury.Nowadays,more and more nuclear related events and accidents need to be processed using the knowledge of radiation preventive medicine.Therefore,the teaching of radiation preventive medicine has to be innovated to adapt to these changes.The recent accident happened in Japan's Fukushinia nuclear power plant aroused wide influence and attention around the world.It was discussed that its influence on the innovation of radiation preventive medicine from the teaching philosophy,teaching contents,teaching pattern and evaluation strategy.
