摘要
通过资料的搜集、整理和分析,对近60年来陕西省的洪涝灾害的等级序列,以及对经济社会发展的影响与形成原因进行了研究。结果表明:陕西省近60年来,2级洪涝灾害发生次数最多,3级洪涝灾害次之,4级洪涝灾害发生次数较少,1级洪涝灾害没有发生。而且,1980年代前为2级洪涝灾害的多发期,这个时期洪涝灾害对经济社会发展的影响也较小;1980年代后为3级和4级洪涝灾害的频发期,洪涝灾害对经济社会发展影响十分显著。对洪涝灾害的形成原因分析表明,气候变化和地形是陕西省洪涝灾害发生的自然因素,而人为因素则加剧了洪涝灾害的发生。因此开展陕西省洪涝灾害对经济社会发展的影响研究具有重要的实践意义和理论价值。
The grade series,the effect on economic and social development and the cause of flood disasters in nearly 60 years in Shaanxi Province were studied through collecting,sorting and analyzing data.The results showed that flood frequency at the second grade was the highest,and then the third grade;the occurring frequency of flood disasters at the fourth grade was lower and the first grade did not occur.Furthermore,before 1980s,flood frequency at the second grade was higher,and the effect on economic and social development during the period was smaller;after 1980s,the third and the fourth grade of flood disasters frequently occurred,and the effect was very significant.Finally,the reasons for the high occurring frequency of flood disasters in Shaanxi Province were analyzed.It was found that climate change and the terrain were the natural factors to cause flood disasters,and the human factors accelerated its occurrence.Therefore,it was very important to study the effect of flood disaster on economic and social development for theoretical and practical aspects in Shaanxi Province.
