20号钢在减黏油水中的腐蚀模拟实验及缓蚀剂性能评价

摘要 某炼油厂由于常年加工高酸原油,导致设备腐蚀严重.通过取样分析,发现较明显的腐蚀部位为塔顶冷凝系统和流出管线,材质为20号钢.根据现场腐蚀环境,采用挂片失重法,评价了PF99、WS01、LH01缓蚀剂在减黏油水混合物中的缓蚀性能.实验表明,在这种油水混合物体系下,PF99能够达到理想的缓蚀效果,试片表面腐蚀产物很薄,易去除,金属表面较光洁,最佳添加量为质量分数0.01%,缓蚀效率达93.79%,能有效抑制20号钢在减黏油水混合物中的腐蚀. The equipment is severely corroded by highly-acid crude oil in some refinery,the severest corrosion position locates in the condense system at the top of refinery tower and the pipe line of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,which is made of 20# steel.The inhibition result of inhibitors of PF99,WS01 and LH01 to it in the oil-water mixture from the inlet of condenser of distillation unit is evaluated by measuring the weight loss of coupons.The experiments show that,inhibitor PF99 has a good inhibition effect to the 20# oil pipeline steel,there is no obvious pitting corrosion on the surface of the coupons,the corrosion products are easily erased,the surface of the steel coupons is smooth.The corrosion-inhibiting rate of inhibitor PF99 can reach to 93.79% when its mass fraction is 0.01%.
