摘要
用交流阻抗法和极化曲线法研究了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)对X70钢在30%乳酸溶液中的缓蚀作用,考察了缓蚀剂浓度、温度对其缓蚀性能的影响。CTMAB的缓蚀性能随其浓度的增加而增加,当CTMAB浓度为50mg/L时,缓蚀性能最佳;温度升高缓蚀性能提高,当温度为30℃时,缓蚀率达最大值。
The inhibitive action of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide ( CTMAB) on the corrosion of X70 steel was investigated in 30% lactic acid solution by using potentiodynamic polarization technique and EIS. It was found that the inhibitive effect of CTMAB was increased with the increasing of its concentration up to 50 mg/L, as the optimal concentration. With the increasing of temperature, the inhibitive effect was increased first and decreased then, showing an optimal value at 30 centigrade.
