摘要
林业产业涵盖范围广、产品种类多、产业链长,是一个特殊的复合产业群体。通过对苏北地区林业产业发展概况的描述,分析了林业产业转型升级的自然条件、深层动力、内在原因、文化动因、外在推力等5大驱动因素,提出了加强林业企业间的协作、构建林业产业服务平台、加快林业产业科技创新、发挥政府公共服务职能等对策以推动林业产业转型升级。
Forestry industry, involving primary, secondary and tertiary industries and covering very broad categories, many kinds of products and long industrial chain,is a special composite industry colony. Taking Northern Jiangsu for an example, this paper describes five important driving factors for transformation and upgrading of forestry industries, such as natural conditions, deep motivation, internal causes, cultural motivation and external thrust, and proposes strategies for boosting transformation and upgrading of forestry industries, including strengthening cooperation among forestry industries, constructing forestry industries service platform, quickening forestry industries scientific and technological innovation, and giving play to governmental functions in public service.
