摘要
针对用于输电线路高阻接地故障检测的有功功率差动算法存在的电压死区问题,在分析分相有功功率差动原理特性的基础上,提出分3段设置有功差动值门槛、引入负门槛与过电压启动的新判据,旨在提高该原理对各类故障的适用性和对高阻接地故障的灵敏度。仿真结果表明:在保护区、内外发生高阻接地故障情况下,该判据具有较高的分辨能力,克服了传统电流差动保护的不足,可作为传统电流差动保护原理的有效补充。
In allusion to the problem that the voltage dead-zone exists in active power differential algorithm for the detection of high resistance earth faults occurred in transmission lines, on the basis of analyzing the characteristic of phase-segregated active power; differential principle, a new criterion in which the threshold of active power differential value is divided into three parts and each one is set respectively, is proposed, and to improve the applicability of the proposed principle and raise its sensitivity to high resistance earth fault the negative threshold and overvoltage startup are led into the new criterion. Simulation results show that when high resistance earth fault occurs inside and outside the protection zone the proposed criterion possesses a higher resolution, thus the defect of traditional current differential protection is remedied and the proposed criterion can be uses as an effective supplement to the principle of traditional current differential protection.
