一起由高阻接地故障而引发三条500 kV线路失电的事故分析

摘要 华东地区地貌复杂,线路下树、竹木众多,线路高阻接地事故时有发生。2013年8月5日某500 k V线路单相对树木放电(高阻接地)时,出现3条500 k V线路失电的现象。通过分析认为:阻抗继电器对高阻接地时灵敏度较差,不能可靠动作。500 k V线路继电保护配置时必须充分考虑高阻接地故障时用电流型保护作为主保护及各保护配合问题。 The landform is complex in east China.There are many trees and bamboo woods under power lines. High resistance grounding accidents often occur. On August 5,2013,when certain 500 kV line discharge (high resistance grounding) happened to the tree in single phase,loss of power of three 500 kV lines appeared.It is thought through analysis that sensitivity of impedance relay is poor during high resistance grounding.Thus, reliable action cannot work. As a result, make sure to fully consider taking current protection as main protection and all protection coordination during high resistance grounding fault when 500 kV transmission line protection configuration is carried out.
