食管鳞状细胞癌组织中Ets-1和c-Met基因mRNA的检测与分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨Ets-1和c-Met在食管不同病变组织中的表达及意义。方法收集河南省安阳市肿瘤医院食管鳞状细胞癌标本62例、癌旁不典型增生组织31例及正常食管黏膜组织62例。应用原位杂交方法检测每例食管标本Ets-1 mRNA和c-Met mRNA的表达情况。结果 Ets-1和c-Met在正常食管黏膜组织、癌旁不典型增生组织及食管鳞状细胞癌组织中mRNA的表达率依次增高,组间比较差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移的食管鳞状细胞癌组织之间Ets-1 mRNA和c-Met mRNA阳性表达率差别均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Ets-1mRNA和c-Met mRNA表达率均与食管鳞状细胞癌患者的性别、年龄无显著相关关系(P均>0.05)。Ets-1 mRNA和c-Met mRNA表达呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论 Ets-1 mRNA和c-Met mRNA表达率升高可能与食管鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展及浸润转移有关。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Ets-1 and c-Met mRNA in different esophageal lesions.Methods Sixty-two samples of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) tissues,thirty-one samples of adjacent atypical hyperplastic epithelia and sixty-two samples of normal esophageal epithelia were collected in Anyang cancer hospital.The expression of Ets-1 and c-Met mRNA was detected with in situ hybridization.Results The expression levels of Ets-1 and c-Met mRNA in ESCC tissues,adjacent atypical hyperplasia epithelia and normal esophageal epithelia had significant differences among them(P0.01).For ESCC,the expression levels of Ets-1 and c-Met mRNA were significantly related to the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis(P0.05).For ESCC patients,the expression rates of Ets-1 and c-Met mRNA were not correlated with age or gender(P0.05).The expression of Ets-1 mRNA was positively correlated with c-Met expression(P0.01).Conclusion Increased expression of Ets-1 and c-Met mRNA may be correlated with the development,invasion and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
