摘要
要实现中国白酒国际化之路,首先要选对酒的风味,如选择清香型、老白干香型酒为研发对象;其次开发以老白干香型酒、清香型酒为基酒加工的露酒;再次加强健康因子的研究,既提高我国白酒科学技术水平,又极大地推动我国白酒走上世界;最后,仅仅依靠科研和营销人员努力是不够的。要有领导部门牵头,组织各方面的力量,包括外贸、旅游、文化,特别是传媒部门,向外推介、宣传我国的酒文化。只要各方面共同努力,中国白酒一定会更好地走上世界。
In order to realize the internationalization of Chinese liquor,several factors must be taken into consideration.Above all,the flavor type,for example Fen flavor type or Laobaigan flavor type,should be properly chosen for investigation.Next,liqueur which is processed from Laobaigan flavor type or Fen flavor type liquor should be developed;after that the study of the health factor should be emphasized in order not only to benefit the improvement of scientific and technological level of Chinese liquor,but also to greatly promote the internalization of Chinese liquor.Finally,relying solely on the efforts of research and marketing staff is not enough.The aggregation of efforts from various aspects including foreign trade,tourism,culture,especial the propaganda by the media is necessary.As long as the joint efforts are made,the Chinese liquor will be better known on the world.
