摘要
区域自然灾害风险评估中所用的数据不仅具有时间上的意义,而且具有空间上的意义。由于自然灾害系统的复杂性和数据收集手段的历史局限性与不足,使得这些数据常带有空间上的不完备性,从而使得由此而得到的风险评估结果不能满足一定的空间精度要求。本文针对这一问题探讨了空间不完备信息的概念与本质,并给出了优化空间不完备信息的数学模型。
The data used in risk assessment of regional natural disaster have some meaning not only on time, but also on space. Sometimes these data are spatially incomplete because of the complexity of the natural disaster system and the historical limit and insufficiency of the data collecting method.So the result of risk assessment got by this kind of data can't fulfil some requirements. In this paper,the essence of spatial incomplete information is discussed and some optimizing models of spatialincomplete information are given.
