摘要
以热带雨林地区马来西亚吉兰丹州为例,在地理信息系统技术(GIS)和模糊数学法的支持下,建立了基于GIS的模糊综合评价模型,对洪水灾害人口风险进行了评价与分析.研究结果表明:洪水灾害人口风险具有模糊性、不确定性,模糊数学法能较好地分析洪水灾害人口风险,利用模糊综合评价GIS模型评价洪水灾害人口风险是可行的.确定栅格数据层模糊子集分级的间隔值和构建模糊隶属函数是非常关键的.
Supported by geographic information system and fuzzy method, this paper developed the model of fuzzy comprehensive assessment and evaluated the population risk of flood disaster in Kelantan District, Malaysia. The results have showed that the character of flood disaster risk is fuzzy and uncertain. This fuzzy method is useful in the analysis of uncertain problems. This model of fuzzy comprehensive assessment is very effective for the evaluation of the population risk of flood disaster. It is very important to ascertain interval value and membership function.
