摘要
教师职业是崇高而神圣的。自古以来,人们用了许多不同的比喻来赞美和讴歌教师的伟大与荣光。但与此同时,现代教师的职业认同危机越来越突出。究其原因,这与教师劳动自身的特点有着密切的关系:教师劳动具有复杂性、创造性、示范性、长期性等特点。
Teaching profession is noble and sacred.Since ancient times,people have used many different metaphors to praise and eulogize the greatness and glory of teachers.However,at the same time,the modern teacher＇s professional identity crisis is more and more prominent.The reason is closely related with the characteristics of teaching work：teaching work has the characteristics of complexity,creativity,demonstration and long term.
