摘要
以三甲氧基硅烷与4-乙烯基环氧环己烷为原料、氯铂酸-吩噻嗪-三苯基磷异丙醇溶液为催化剂,通过硅氢加成反应得β-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷,讨论了影响硅氢加成反应的主要因素。最佳合成工艺:铂的质量分数为3×10-6、反应温度95~105℃、反应时间为1.5 h、原料配比三甲氧基硅烷/4-乙烯基环氧环己烷的量之比为1.05,在此条件下β-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷的收率达92.3%。
β-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)ethyltrimethoxysilane(A-186) was synthesized from 1,2-epoxy-4-vinycyclohexane and trimethoxysilane catalyzed by chloroplatinic acid-phenothiazine-triphenylphosphine system.The main effects of the reaction on the yield were discussed and the optimum experimental conditions were found.Results showed that the yield of A-186 reached 92.3% at 95~105℃,when the mass fraction of platinum was 3×10-6,the molar ratio of trimethoxysilane and 1,2-epoxy-4-vinycyclohexane was 1.05,the reaction time was 1.5 hours,and the yield of β-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)ethyltrimethoxysilane was 92.3%.
