摘要
以三氯硅烷和氯丙烯为原料、氯铂酸为主催化剂、脂肪胺类化合物为助催化剂、2,4-戊二酮为催化剂活化剂、间苯二酚作为抑制剂,通过硅氢加成、蒸馏、刮板薄膜蒸发器进行精馏,生产出含量99%以上的γ-氯丙基三氯硅烷。产品收率超过95%,缩短生产周期,产品质量稳定,工艺重复性好,提高了单台设备的生产能力。
Using trichlomsilane and propylene chloride as raw materials, chloro platinic acid as main catalyst,aliphatic compound as assistant catalyst,2,4-pentanedione as catalyst-aetivator, m-dihydroxybenzene as inhibitor, 99%-ehlompropthyl trichlorosilane was synthesized through the process of hydrosilylation, distillation, rectification by scraper-tye thin-film evaporator,yield of γ-ehlompropthyl trichlorosilane is above 95%. The new technology has the advantage of short production period, stability production quanlity, goed repeatability of technology and improving of product ability of one set. The technology has been in motion in 5 000 t/a industrial scale for nearly one year.
