摘要
目前我国大型矿用潜水电泵广泛应用于抢险排水,但在井下根据不同工况进行串并联转换工作时,安装拆卸困难。为提高工作效率,引入Triz创新原理,通过采用多屏幕法对潜水电泵进行系统分析,运用矛盾矩阵得出其技术矛盾,分析选择了可行的创新发明原理,并提出一种潜水电泵的优化设计方案,最后利用PLC对水泵进行实时监测控制,实现了潜水电泵串联并联转换自动化。该方案可以提高矿用潜水电泵工作的时效性,扩大潜水电泵的应用范围,使我国现有潜水电泵技术升级,实现一机多用,减少物资储备。
At present,large mine submersible motor pump is widely used in rescue drainage,but it is hard to remove or install when it is on the process of serial-parallel conversion under different circumstances.In order to enhance its efficiency,the paper proposed Triz principle,adopt multiscreen-method to analyze submersible motor pump systematically,and obtained existing technology contradiction by a conflict matrix to select feasible principle for optimal submersible motor pump design,then gave an optimal design of submersible motor pump.Finally,submersible motor pump was monitored and controlled with PLC to realize the process of serial-parallel conversion automatically.The design program can improve working efficiency and extend the application range of submersible pump to upgrade the technology of submersible pump in our country,it is also helpful to achieve one machine multipurpose,and reduce material reserve.
