摘要
以制动器的创新设计为例,描述了利用TRIZ理论解决产品创新设计问题的一般过程。介绍了TRIZ理论的概念和体系结构。利用TRIZ理论指导制动器的创新设计过程,从用途、原理、重量、安装要求等方面着手,说明了如何将实际问题抽象为工程技术参数、如何划分优化参数与恶化参数以及二者之间的矛盾;重点阐述了矛盾矩阵和40条创新原则在设计过程中的具体应用方法,最后得出一种结构简单紧凑、安装使用方便、既可提供阻尼力矩输出、又可提供阻尼力输出的制动器。
Taking the innovative design of Brake as an example,this article described the general procedure of solving problem with TRIZ theory,and introduced the concept and the structure of TRIZ theory. TRIZ theory was used to direct the innovative design course of Brake. Considering the usage,the principle,the weight and the requirement of installation,it explained how to abstract engineering technology parameters from actual problems,how to tell positive parameters from negative parameters and the contradiction between them. Specific application method of conflicts matrix and 40 inventive principles in the course of design was emphasized. At last,a Brake with simple structure was designed,which is convenient to use and install,and can output the damping force as well as the torque of damping force.
