摘要
针对新型立式风力发电系统的需要,提出了基于AD7656、FPGA与双TMS320F2812 DSP相配合的数据采集与控制系统,使用FPGA控制A/D转换器,大大减轻了DSP数据采集的负担,同时提高了精度与处理速度,使DSP更侧重于系统控制、运算及友好人机交互界面的实现。其中一个DSP作为主控制器,负责对风速、电机转速、电网电压电流的采样、FFT等运算,并将处理得到的结果存储在双口RAM中;另一个DSP作为从控制器,从双口RAM中得到数据,做出相应的实时控制,实现人机交互。由所述系统实验与实用证明,本系统可以达到较高的采样精度,满足了立式风力发电机的实时处理要求。
For the application of new vertical wind power generator system,a data acquisition and control system based on FPGA and two DSPs is designed.Two high-resolution ADCs(AD7656) are used to sample bipolar analog inputs,and these are controlled by a FPGA,which could help to simplify and accelerate operations of DSP.A dual-port RAM is used to realize the communication between two DSPs.One DSP fulfills signal sampling and FFT calculation,writes the control data into the dual-port RAM.Another DSP sends real-time control signals and realize human-machine interactions according to the data read from dual-port RAM.The structure is applied successfully in vertical wind power generator system with high precision and fast speed.
