摘要
介绍了一种基于AD7865的高速多通道数据采集系统,给出了数据采集系统的硬件电路原理和GAL(通用阵列逻辑)程序设计。在描述AD7865特性的基础上,完成了数据采集系统模拟量输入通道设计和数字部分接口电路设计。通过对GAL编程控制模拟量到数字量的转换,实现了计算机数字控制齿轮测量中高速高精度多通道数据采集系统的设计。
A kind of high speed multi channel data acquisition system based on AD7865 is introduced in this paper and the data acquisition system hardware circuit and GAL( General Array Logic)program are designed too. Based on AD7865 analog- to - digital converter, an analog quantity input channel circuit and digital interface circuit design of the data acquisition system are completed and at the last, high speed and accuracy multi channel data acquisition system is realized in the computer numerical control's gear measurement.
