摘要
农村城镇化是地域空间结构优化升级的必然反映。通过对衡阳市5县2市的问卷调查发现,在农村城镇化过程中农村地区还存在诸如思想观念落后、对城镇化信息缺乏了解、社会保障体系不完善、资金短缺等一系列问题,这些问题已然成为了制约衡阳市农村城镇化发展的瓶颈。针对上述问题,提出了加强宣传力度、提高农民素质、完善社会保障体系和拓宽融资渠道等对策以达到推进衡阳市城镇化进程的目的。
The urbanization in countryside is an inexorable law with the modernization of economy and society,which is also a natural reflection of the upgrading of regional and special structures.It is the strategic option of keeping intensive and optimizes increase to fully impel the urbanization in Hengyang City.In this essay,we will find out the existing problems in Hengyang City through field work and come up with corresponding measures,which has an important practical significance on improving the urbanization of Hengyang City.
