基于玄武岩纤维的新型混杂布的制备和性能研究

摘要 介绍了由玄武岩纤维、碳纤维、芳纶纤维等编织的新型单向层内混杂纤维布的制备工艺和方法,并通过试验研究了它的极限拉伸强度、弹性模量、延性等规律,根据试验结果与应力-应变关系曲线,分析了纤维混杂比例对单向层内混杂纤维布性能的影响。结果表明,与B/A、B/C混杂纤维增强材料相比,B1A1的延性较好,抗拉强度偏低,而B2C1的抗拉强度较高,延性也较好。环氧树脂在复合材料中起到应力传递和重分配作用,有效提高了纤维混杂复合材料的整体力学性能。 The preparation technology and methods of a new type of intermingled fiber hybrid sheet were introduced in the paper.The fiber hybrid sheets were weaved with basalt fiber,carbon fiber and Kevlar.The ultimate tensile strength,elastic modulus and ductility that were studied by doing experiment,and the mixture ratio on the performance of unidirectional intermingled fiber hybrid sheet was analyzed by experimental results and the stress-strain relationship curve.It is found that compared B/A hybrid fiber reinforced material to B/C,B1A1 has better ductility,but with low tensile strength.B2C1 has higher tensile strength and better ductility.Epoxy resin in the composite played the role of stress transfer and redistribution,and effectively improved mechanical properties of composite materials in the overall fiber hybrid sheets.
