摘要
在冻融循环和冻融循环-盐溶液复合环境下,对39个玄武岩纤维片材进行拉伸试验,研究环境类型、暴露时间对材料耐久性的影响。试验表明:两种环境作用下抗拉强度、延伸率都呈下降趋势,弹性模量呈上升趋势;冻融循环对片材抗拉强度的影响要比复合环境更大;复合环境下弹性模量增长幅度和延伸率下降幅度都高于单一冻融循环环境,说明复合环境更容易使材料脆化。最后,提出环境作用下玄武岩纤维布相对抗拉强度灰色预测模型。
Tension tests were carried out for a total of 39 basalt fiber reinforced polymer( BFRP) sheet specimens subjected to freeze-thaw cycles and freeze-thaw cycles-sodium chloride solution.The law of BFRP composites performance deterioration ,the effects of different environmental conditions and exposure time on durability of BFRP composites were studied.The experimental results indicate that tensile strength and elongation decrease and elastic modulus increases when subjected to the two test environments.Single environment shows more effect on BFRP tensile strength than compound environment.Compound environment shows more effect on BFRP elongation and elastic modulus than single environment.The result indicate that compound environment is more easier to cause material embrittlement than single environment.At last,a grey forecast model of BFRP relative tensile strength under environmental effect is presented.
