摘要
本文介绍了教育券制度以及其作用,并结合我国浙江长兴县和湖北监利县实施教育券的实践,分析了教育券制度使各类教育协调发展所具有的优势,也探讨了教育券制度在推广和实施中所要思考的问题。
This paper introduces education voucher system and its function,then combine with school vouchers implement practice in Changxing Country and Jianli Country,analyses all kinds of advantages that school vouchers brings and it makes education coordinating develop,this paper also analyses problems need to be concerned about in the promotion and implement process of school vouchers.
