摘要
目的比较不同浓度多酶清洗剂对手术器械进行机械清洗的效果。方法将染有鲜血的有齿血管钳450把分成3组:A组、B组和C组,分别采用浓度为1︰400,1︰450,1︰500的多酶清洗剂进行清洗。结果经主观目测洁净率分别为:A组:100.00%,B组:100.00%,C组92.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);试纸检测手术器械洁净率分别为:A组:100.00%,B组:100.00%,C组为60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论污染手术器械清洗应选用1︰450的多酶清洗剂,既能保证清洗质量,又使清洗剂的使用成本降至最低。
Objective To compare the effects of different concentrations of muhi -enzyme detergents for cleaning surgical instruments. Methods A total of 450 toothed forceps with blood were divided into 3 groups:Croup A,Croup B and Croup C. They were cleansed with 1 : 400,1 : 450,and 1 : 500 multi -enzyme detergents, respectively. Results By subjective vision ,the degrees of cleaning of Group A and Group 13 I^th were 100.00% ,and that of Group C was 92.00% ,the differenee was statistically significant (P 〈0. O1 ). By Jie Li strips test ,the rates of deaning of Group A and Group B both were 100.00% ,and that of Group C was 60.00% ,the difference was sta- tistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Cleaning contaminated surgical instruments should choose the multi -enzyme detergent with the concentration of 1 : 450 ,which can ensure the quality of cleaning and minimize the cost of cleaning.
