摘要
应用线性扫描伏安法和循环伏安法研究丹参酮ⅡA在悬汞电极上的电化学行为。在pH 3.8的0.2mol·L^(-1)乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,丹参酮ⅡA在-0.228V(vs.Ag/AgCl)处产生一灵敏的还原峰,丹参酮ⅡA浓度在5.0×10^(-6)~2.0×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1)范围内,其线性扫描还原峰电流与丹参酮ⅡA浓度呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为2.7×10^(-7)mol·L^(-1)。方法用于丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA含量的测定,回收率在98.5%~100.1%。循环伏安扫描结果证实:丹参酮ⅡA在电极上的还原反应为受吸附控制的可逆过程。
The electrochemical behavior of TanshinoneⅡA at hanging mercury electrode was studied by linear scanning voltammetry and cyclic voltammetry.In a 0.2 mol·L^(-1) HOAc-NaOAc buffer solution of pH 3.8,a sensitive reduction peak given by TanshinoneⅡA was observed at -0.228 V(vs.Ag/AgCl).Linear relationship between values of peak current obtained by linear scanning voltammetry and concentration of TanshinoneⅡA was kept in the range of 5.0×10^(-6)-2.0×10^(-5) mol·L^(-1),with detection limit(3S/N) of 2.7×10^(-7) mol·L^(-1).The proposed method has been used in the determination of content of TanshinoneⅡA in crude drugs of Salvia miltiorrhiza,and values of recovery found were in the range of 98.5%-100.1%.As shown by the results obtained by cyclic valtammetric scanning,the reduction of TanshinoneⅡA at the electrode is a reversible process,controlled mainly by adsorption.
