摘要
目的考察不同厂家氨苄西林/丙磺舒胶囊在不同pH值溶出介质中的溶出度。方法采用中国药典2010年版溶出度第二法、转速50r/min、溶出介质1000ml,HPLC法测定药物浓度。结果建立的HPLC法符合测定要求;不同pH介质对溶出度有影响。结论三个厂家氨苄西林/丙磺舒胶囊溶出度在四种溶出介质中的溶出程度与速度有显著性差异。
Objective To study the dissolution profile of different brands of ampicillin/probenecid capsules in different pH dissolution mediums. Methods The dissolution test was performed according to the second dissolution method in Chinese Pharmacopeia, and the rotate speed was 50r/min with dissolution medium volume of 1000mL, and determined by HPLC. Result The fidelity and recovery rate of HPLC method corresponded to the experimental standard. Conclusion The dissolutions of four brands of ampicillin/probenecid capsules in four different pH mediums(water, pH 1.0 hydrochloric acid, pH4.0 phosphate buffer and pH6.8 phosphate buffer) had significant difference.
