摘要
对江西省部分国家级名老中医及其学术主要继承人和相关医疗工作者,采用了资料查询与整理、Delphi法、多轮问卷调查、座谈会、访谈等形式,就师承工作的基本情况、指导教师的带教情况、师承学员的继承情况、管理者对其综合评价以及对师承工作的建议等方面进行了调研,为完善中医师承专业学位硕士研究生培养模式提供了借鉴。
By the approaches of collection and collation data,method of Delphi,questionnaire survey,conversazione and interviews,basic information of master-disciple of Chinese medicine from Jiangxi Province,teaching instance of national famous doctors of TCM,inheriting instance of their main academic disciples,comprehensive evaluation from administrators and related medical worker,some suggestions were collected and analyzed.It is worth to improving the M.M training mode of master-disciple of Chinese medicine for Reference.
