摘要
目的:综合评价金银花黄酮部位吸收入血成分的体内动态变化过程。方法:以L-ascorbic acid为对照品,采用DPPH-HPLC法进行抗氧化效应动力学研究。结果:其抗氧化效应动力学参数为tmax 47.2 min;Cmax 154.6 ng/ml;t1/2 53.6 min;AUC(0-∞)5169.4 ng.min/ml;Cl 23.5 ml/min;Vd 548.8 ml。与多成分的血药浓度法研究结果相比有明显的相关性。结论:所得结果能够综合反映金银花黄酮部位吸收入血成分的体内动态变化过程,是对多成分的血药浓度法研究金银花黄酮部位药代动力学的一种有益补充。
Objective: Comprehensive evaluation of the dynamic process in vivo of constituents absorbed into blood of flavonoid fraction from Lonicera Japonica.Methods: Using L-ascorbic acid as reference,to study the pharmacodynamics of antioxidant effect by DPPH-HPLC method.Results: Its parameters of the pharmacodynamics of antioxidant effect are tmax 47.2 min;Cmax 154.6 ng/ml;t1/253.6 min;AUC(0-∞) 5169.4 ng min/ml;CL 23.5 ml/min;Vd 548.8 ml.They show relevance to the results obtained by the multi-component drug-plasma concentration method.Conclusions: The results can reflect the dynamic process in vivo of constituents absorbed into blood of flavonoid fraction from Lonicera Japonica synthetically.This method is a useful supplement for the pharmacokinetics study of flavonoid fraction from Lonicera Japonica with multi-component drug-plasma concentration method.
