摘要
目的探讨超声引导经皮肾穿刺置管引流在治疗急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2005年6月至2010年6月52例行超声引导经皮肾穿刺置管引流的急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料。结果52例患者行72例次经皮肾穿刺置管，成功71次，成功率98．6％。术后102周49例患者肾功能恢复正常，3例肾功能明显好转；未出现大出血、败血症、邻近脏器损伤并发症。结论超声引导经皮肾穿刺置管引流治疗急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭具有创伤小、疗效快等优势，为进一步的治疗赢得时间。
Objective To investigate the significance of percutaneous nephrostomy drainage under ultrasound guidance in the treatment of acute obstructive renal failure. Methods Data of 52 cases of renal failure treated during June 2005 to June 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent percutaneous nephrostomy drainage under ultrasound guidance. Results The 52 patients underwent 72 percutaneous nephrostomy, with a success rate of 98.6 % （ 71 times）. 1~2 weeks after drainage, the renal function recovered in 49 cases and improved in 3 cases. No complications such as bleeding, sepsis, adjacent organs damage were detected. Conclusions Pereutaneous nephrostomy drainage under ultrasound guidance can produce satisfactory results in the treatment of acute obstructive renal failure with less trauma and faster effect.
