摘要
钢井架是矿井地面生产系统的重要构筑物。介绍了胡家河煤矿副井井架的设计过程,运用有限元分析的方法进行结构计算,并对设计中存在的问题提出切实可行的解决方法,判别了设计的有效性和合理性,对今后的井架设计具有一定的参考价值。
Steel headframe is of the important structures of mine production surface.This paper briefly introduces the design process of auxiliary shaft headframe of HuJiaHe coal mine lies in Shanxi province,by using the finite element analysis method for structural calculation,put forward the feasible solution of design for the problems existing in the design,and differentiate the validity and rationality of the design of headframe.The design has certain reference value in future.
