摘要
目的:评价头孢吡肟治疗社区获得性呼吸道感染(CARTIs)的临床疗效。方法:将142例住院确诊为CARTIs患者,随机分为治疗组76例,对照组66例,治疗组用国产头孢吡肟,对照组用进口头孢吡肟,两组药物剂量均为2.0g tid,疗程均为7～14d,按照卫生部颁发的"抗菌药物临床研究指导原则"进行临床观察对比研究。结果:临床疗效两组分别为93.42%和95.45%,细菌学疗效分别为95.71%和95.24%,两组不良反应发生率分别为7.89%和6.06%P>0.05,两组均无明显差异。结论:国产头孢吡肟和进口头胞吡肟对CARTIs治疗同样安全有效。
Objective： To evaluate the treatment effect of Cefepime for community acquired respiratory tract infections（CARTIs）. Methods：142 cases who were confirmed diagnosed CARTIs were divided randomly into 76 cases of treatment group and 66 eases of control group.The treatment group were treated with domestic cefepime, The control group were treated with imported cefepime, The dosase of both groups was 2.0g rid. The treatment courses were both 7 to 14 days. The clinical observation and comparative research were done according to the Criteria for Clinical Research of Antibiotics issued by the National Health Ministry. Results：The treatment effect of both groups was 93.42% and 95.45% respectively. The bacteriological cure effect was 95.71% and 95.24% respectively. The incidence of adverse reactions for both groups was 7.89% and 6.06% respectivelyP〉0.05, there were no obvious differences between the both groups）. Conclusions：Domestic and imported cefepime were both safe and effective for CARTIs.
