摘要
目的观察步长脑心通胶囊对冠心病患者血液流变学及血脂的作用,评价对冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效。方法选择89例门诊及住院冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者,给予步长脑心通胶囊4粒,3次/d,口服,治疗3个月,治疗前后分别行血液流变学及血脂、心电图检查。结果 (1)步长脑心通胶囊改善冠心病稳定型心绞痛的疗效明显,有效率为91.3%,心电图改善有效率52.3%;(2)明显降低血液粘滞度和降低血小板聚集率;(3)明显降低血脂。结论步长脑心通胶囊对冠心病不仅疗效明显,同时改善血液粘滞性及降低血脂,副作用少,更适合长期应用。
Objective To study the effect of naoxintong capsule theraphy for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease[CAD]on hemorrheology and blood-fat and the clinical efficacy of treatment in angina pectoris.Methods Eighty-nine patients with stable angina pectoris were treated with naoxintong capsule for 3 month（4/times,tid,po） A 3 months follow-up was done focused on the hemorrheology,blood fat and electrocardiogram.Results （1）Naoxintong capsule can obviously improve the efficacy of stable angina.Effective rate was 91.3%,and that of improving electrocardiogram was 52.3%.（2）It decreased obviously viscosity,platelet aggregation rate and blood-fat.Conclusion Naoxintong capsule can improve clinical effect and decreased viscosity and blood-fat in patients with CAD.It is used for long time with few side-effects.
