摘要
目的:观察脑心通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:收集冠心病心绞痛病例103例(脱落3例),其中对照组50例,给予阿托伐他汀片、单硝酸异山梨脂缓释片、美托洛尔片、阿司匹林片等西药治疗;治疗组50例,给予同对照组西药治疗并口服脑心通胶囊,均治疗8周,观察2组治疗前后心绞痛发作情况及心电图变化。结果:2组患者的临床疗效比较,对照组总有效率70%,其中显效15例,有效20例;试验组总有效率高达84%,显效22例,有效20例;2组在心电图疗效比较中,对照组总有效率74%,显效16例,有效21例;试验组总有效率88%,显效28例,有效16例。2组患者治疗前后血生化指标比较差异有统计学意义,且治疗组治疗后血生化指标与对照组比较改善更加明显。结论:脑心通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛有效。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of Naoxintong Capsules for the coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods： The cases of angina pectoris were 103 cases（ fall off 3 cases）. Control group of 50 patients were given atorvastatin statin tablets,mononitrate isosorbide lipid sustained release tablets of metoprolol tablets,aspirin tablets and other western medicine; treatment group 50 cases,besides the western medicine as the control group,took Naoxintong capsules. The two group were treated for 8 weeks. The angina pectoris and ECG changes were observed before and after treatment in two groups. Results： The clinical efficacy of the two groups,the group control total rate effective was 70%,15 cases in which were effective markedly,number of patients for 20 cases; the total effective rate of experimental group was 84%,in which 22 cases were markedly effective,20 cases as the number of patients; patients with ECG of two groups,the control group the total effective rate was 74%,in which 16 cases were markedly effective,number of patients for 21 cases; the total effective rate of experimental group was 88%,in which 28 cases were markedly effective,16 cases of patients with the number of. Two groups of patients before and after treatment,the blood biochemical indicators were significantly improved,and the treatment group after treatment of blood biochemical indicators compared with the control group to improve the situation is more obvious. Conclusion： For the treatment,Naoxintong capsule is effective of angina pectoris.
