摘要
通过选取四个一级指标,9个二级指标构建了山东省PRED系统评价指标体系,分析了山东省1999-2008年PRED各子系统及总系统的发展状况和趋势,发现山东省人口、资源、环境与发展子系统存在的问题各不相同,但总体向良性方向发展,总系统也向好的方向发展,这是可喜的地方,但同时也需要解决一些存在的问题;接着对系统之间的相关性进行研究,发现各个系统之间相互联系,相互影响;最后从人口、资源、环境和发展四个方面提出协调山东省PRED系统的方法和措施,以实现山东省的可持续发展。
Nine secondary indexes the evaluation index system PRED has been built in Shandong Province by selecting the four indicators.The development status and trend of 1999-2008 PRED subsystem and total system have been analyzed in Shandong Province.The problems in population,resources,environment and development subsystem are different,but the overall direction is positive.There is a good respect that total system is better but we also face some problems;Then the correlation among the various systems has been analyzed that have Interrelated and mutually influence;The methods and measures to achieve Sustainable Development have been put forward from population,resources,environment and development in Shandong Province.
