摘要
目的:探讨护士层级管理模式在护理管理和临床护理工作中的作用,为护士曾经管理的推广提供数据支持。方法:回顾性分析我科实施护士层级管理前后护理管理效率和护理工作效率的变化情况,以患者并发症发生率,护理差错发生率、护患纠纷发生率、患者满意度为主要评价指标进行评价。结果:实施护士层级管理以后患者护理相关并发症、护理缺陷、护理差错、护患纠纷发生率明显降低,患者满意度明显升高,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护士层级管理可有效提高护理管理质量,提高护理工作效率,值得临床研究推广。
Objective ：To explore the nurse level management model in nursing management and clinical nursing action for the nurse once management, provide data support promotion. Methods： Retrospective analysis I branch implementation nurse level management of nursing management efficiency and care before and after work efficiency of changes of complications in patients,nursing error rate,protect a dispute incidence,patlent satisfaction as the main index evaluation. Results：After the implementation of the nurse level management patient care associated complications, nursing defects, nursing error, the incidence of disputes with reduced significantly, and increased patient satisfaction obvious comparative differences between groups, are statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Tbe nurse level management can effectively improve the quality of nursing management, improve work efficiency, and nursing chnical research extension.
