摘要
介绍植物miRNA特点与功能传统识别方法、相似性搜索识别方法、物种同源比对识别方法、靶基因结合点保守性预测和鉴定方法等方面的进展,并展望其在农业科学和生产中的应用前景。
The paper introduces the characteristics and functions of MicroRNA (miRNA) as well as its indentification methods, such as tradi- tional identification method, sequence similarity searching, comparison of homology species, conservation of target gene binding sites and so on, and then predicts the application prospects of MicroRNA in agricultural science and production.
