摘要 microRNA(miRNA)是指真核生物中长度约21~5个核苷酸的小型内生的非编码RNA家族。它们能识别体内特定的mRNA,并在转录及转录后水平有调控基因的表现。microRNA在植物生长发育、代谢平衡、信号传导等很多方面具有必不可少的调节功能。主要对植物microRNA的特点、作用机制及其作用靶位的研究进展进行了综述。 MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small,21-25 nucleotides, single-stranded RNAs that regulate target gene expression at transcriptional and posttranscriptional levels in eukaryotes, miRNAs play crucial roles in plant development, maintenance of homeostasis, and responses to environmental signals. In this review, the recent advance in plant miRNAs research such as their characteristics, potential mechanism of their regulation and their target genes was summarized.
