摘要
基于API581文件技术方法,根据C5石油树脂装置的生产工艺,应用DNV Orbit Onshore软件对装置主工艺流程中压力容器的失效可能性进行定量计算,并采用K-means聚类分析算法划分失效可能性等级,在此基础上结合装置内可能存在的损伤机理,提出相应的检验建议,优化压力容器定期检验工作的实施开展。
Based on technical methods in API581 document and the production process, DNV Orbit Onshore software had been applied to calculate the failure possibility of major pressure vessels in the C5 petroleum resin plant, and K-means cluster analysis is adopted to define the failure prossibility grade. Then, inspection stiggestions are given according to the grade and damgae mechanism in the plant, which may optimiaze implement of the periodic inspection.
