摘要
以正丙醇和环氧氯丙烷为原料,三氟化硼乙醚络合物为催化剂,合成正丙基缩水甘油醚。通过实验研究,系统讨论了原料摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间和碱用量对合成正丙基缩水甘油醚产率的影响。正丙基缩水甘油醚的产率达到78.1%。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。
1-propanol glycidyl ether was synthesized with l-propanol and epichlorohydrin with trifluorideboron ether complex as catalyst. In the paper, the effect of different conditions, such as molar ratio of reactant, reaction temperature and time, the amount of catalyst and alkali on the yield of 1-propanol glycidyl ether were investigated. The yield of l-propanol glycidyl ether was 78.1%. The product was characterized by FTIR.
