摘要
目的:探讨Vip、nNos神经元在脾虚证大鼠胃肠道消化活动中的调节作用。方法:免疫组织化学染色法和双重染色法。结果:脾虚证时Vip、nNos神经元同时存在于胃肠道组织中,且主要分布于胃窦及结肠的肌间丛,黏膜下丛较少见到共染现象。结论:大鼠脾虚证所表现的胃肠生理功能紊乱/不足的病理生理过程是由Vip、nNos神经元协同调节实现的,由此验证了结构与功能的相关性。
Objective: To investigate the role of VIP and nNOS neurons in the regulation of gastrointestine activity of spleen- deficient rat, and the relationship between the nNOS and VIP is mainly co-located in myenteric structur plexus, e and fuction. Methods: Double immunohistochemical staining. Results but not in submucous plexus. Conclusion: The results indicate that nNOS and VlP cooperate in the regulating process of physiological function deficiency of gastro-spleen syndrome in rats
