摘要
为探明AM真菌促进丹参生长效应及其作用机理,以非灭菌土为生长基质,采用盆栽实验,研究了不同施P量与摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)对丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.)生长和养分含量的影响.结果表明,接种摩西球囊霉对不同施P水平下丹参生长有显著影响,能够提高丹参根系茵根侵染率,但高施P量抑制了摩西球囊霉对丹参根系的侵染.不同施P水平下接种摩西球囊霉能有效提高丹参生长量、根系活力、叶片可溶性糖及全N、全P含量,对植株地下部丹参酮含量有明显促进作用,并显著降低了地下部黄酮含量,但对叶片可溶性蛋白及地上部丹参酮和黄酮含量无显著影响.一定施P水平下,接种摩西球囊霉能够促进丹参生长,提高药用成分含量,土壤施P量为0.049~0.098g/kg时接种效果最佳.
A pot culture with unsterilized soil as growth substrate showed that Glomus mosseae had significant effects on the growth of host plants under different P application levels in order to understand the mechanism of AM fungi on the growth of Salvia miltiorrhiza and provide the basis for the use of mycorrhizal biotechnology to improve quantity and quality of host plant. The results showed that the myeorrhizal infection rate of host plants was significantly promoted by inoculation G. mosseae, but high P application level suppressed the myeorrhizal infection rate. The growth amount, vitality of roots, soluble sugar in leaves, and the contents of total N and total P of host plants were promoted, as well as the tanshinone con tent in root, but reduced the flavonoid content in root, while the content of soluble protein in leaves and the tanshinone and flavonoid contents in shoot were not effected by inoculation G. rnosseae. Inoculation G. mosseae with certain P level could promot the growth and contents of medicinal components of S. rniltiorrhiza. Inoculation effect of G. mosseae was the best under 0. 049-0. 098 g/kg.
