摘要
目的：探讨微创介入埋线治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用。万法：对100例CT寻引下经皮腰穿埋线治疗术。结果：100例腰椎间盘突出症均一次性穿刺成功，成功率100％，临床治愈计68例，占68％；显效29例，占29％}有效3例，占3％，总有效率100％。结论：CT导引下埋线治疗腰椎闱盘突出症，效果显著，复发率低，值得推广应用。
Objective, To investigate Embedding of minimally invasive treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical application. Methods： 100 cases of CT guided percutaneous lumbar puncture embedding therapy. Results： 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation were one--time successful puncture, the success rate of 100 %, total 68 cases were clinically cured, 68% ; markedly effective in 29 cases, 29 % ; effective in 3 cases, 3%, total efficiency of 100% Conclusion： CT guided treatment of lumbar disc herniation embedding, the effect is significantly lower recurrence rate, should be widely applied.
